I know nothing...
I love the look of this building, I know nothing however of what it use to be... it appears to now be flats though. Tomorrow I'll show you a close up of the chimney. Hopefully at some point I'll track it's orin down! Do you know?!

Looks like they have definitely had a little teak over the years.
That plaque on the chimney might give a clue.
Almshouses?
hello! for some reason all my scheduled posts from the 19th onwards were still holding in the queue. Close up now posted... Iota I think you're on the right track... almshouses, hospital (in the original sense?)...
