Houses on the High Street

these sit in front of the old cattle market area. Beautiful homes... parking is a nightmare.

One of Buckingham's many restaurants. While the food is great here... I miss "The Tudor" pub that previously occupied this space.

Goodwin's

A while back someone left a comment asking about Goodwin's... this is all that remains. Appears abandoned.

The Kings Head

Recently this pub had undergone a redesign, it once was an ok pub... though perhaps a bit grotty. After the refit it languished and looked empty most the time while it attempted to be some sort of posh wine bar. I'm glad to see it's finally found the secret to success. Now that it's "Biker Friendly" the bikes and scooters are lined up out front nearly every evening and place is vibrating with activity.

am I late for Friday's photo?! What a strange week this has been... the weather has me all turned around, home, when I should be a work, trapped when I long to drive and see... but thoroughly enraptured with everything being at a stand still.

Snow Day

The UK has experienced today some of the heaviest snow seen in over 18 years... I'm lucky in that I didn't have to travel today... sweet blissful day off! That being said I had appointments to get to in town and thought I had better capture the moment so off I went skidding and sliding into town.
