a very large hole in the ground...
and I suspect a rather large hole in the pockets of the developers. This abandoned construction site sits along Bridge Street behind the White Hart Pub. Eventually it should be flats, houses, shops and a restaurant or two if I remember correctly. A while back all work stopped on the site as the developers were having financial issues. It is now an eyesore.

Ah yes, scenes like this are popping up everywhere.
That's a BIG hole. But the photo itself with the colors and the buildings in the background is great.
